The hotel had a variety of time zone clocks in the lobby which was a unique touch. The rooms had heated water, although maintaining a constant temperature was a bit difficult. The hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible to key attractions in the city.
The rooms had some maintenance issues like black mold in the showers and water damage to ceilings. The towels provided were either insufficient or missing.

Great staff and the hotel is lovely - lovely swimming pool and the breakfast is delicious with a gret variaty of cakes and bread ! will defo come back

The hotel's location was very convenient, with a shopping center just a short walk away, making it easy to grab any necessities or do some shopping. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and plenty of hot water for showers. the staff provided friendly and attentive service, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious Brazilian dishes, a great way to start the day. the hotel had a nice view of the surrounding area, adding to the overall experience.
There were some noise disturbances during the night, which affected the quality of sleep.
